Boolee prioritizes on-the-fly data processing, excluding any storage in databases except for chat history (refer to "Third-Party and Proprietary AI Tools"). This ensures user data stays secure and remains with the user.

Upon authentication via third-party providers like Google, users allow Boolee to:Associate the user with personal info on Google. View user's personal info, including publicly available data. Access user's email address.Encrypted credentials are stored within Boolee's infrastructure. Deletion of authentication credentials is possible upon user request.

Revoke Access to Your Google Account

Users can directly remove application access through their Google account settings.

Use Of Google API Services Data

When connecting Google services, specific permissions are required for interactive queries. These include permissions for Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Business Listings and Youtube. Our service incorporates the use of YouTube API services to provide features and functionality around channel and video performances. As a result, we collect and use certain information in accordance with YouTube's policies. When you use these features (e.g. request information about YouTube KPI through Boolee), you may be sharing information with YouTube, and the data you share is governed by their privacy policy. Interactions are processed using OpenAI models, ensuring customers sensitive data or identity is not shared in any way. Customer data from third parties such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads is not stored on Boolee servers and stripped from identity information before enabling the chatbot to provide informed responses. Your chat history is securely stored on Boolee server, retaining indefinitely, and deletable at any time.

Google Analytics

Used across boolee.io, Google Analytics collects user interaction data, aiding in understanding tool relevance and enhancing user experience. No data is shared with third parties.

Contact

If you contact us by form on the website or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

Cookies

Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your terminal device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage. We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your terminal device until you delete them. They enable us to recognize your browser on your next visit.
